Why do you want a web site?
What is the target audience? Do you have the resources to build and maintain a web site?
These and other questions are not answered here.

Many web sites are created back-to-front, the easy decisions taken first and the awkward questions avoided until too late. The boring bit, maintaining a web site, got forgotten. If anything, this is a rant. Maybe it will be helpful.
